When do you need to renew?
A domain is registered for a set period (usually 1 year). If not renewed on time — the domain will first be suspended, then released and available for anyone else to register.
What happens after expiry
| Timeline | Status |

| Day X (expiry) | Domain suspended, website unavailable |
| Day X + 1-30 | Grace period — can renew at normal price |
| Day X + 30-45 | Redemption period — renewal at higher price |
| Day X + 45+ | Domain released — available for anyone to register |
How to renew your domain
- Client area → Domains
- Find your domain and click Renew
- Choose the period (1-10 years)
- Pay — domain renewed immediately after payment
Auto-renewal — we recommend it!
Enable auto-renewal so you never have to worry. Client area → Domains → click on domain → Auto Renewal: Enable. 30 days before expiry we'll automatically charge and renew your domain.
Email reminders
We send reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before domain expiry. Make sure your profile has a current email address.
